Insurance
At Pencol, we no longer accept insurance. However, many insurance companies will reimburse our patients for most compounded prescriptions. We are happy to assist our Pencol patients with completing any insurance forms they need to complete. We also have a basic, general insurance form that can be used to submit prescription claims. Please feel free to bring any insurance forms to our pharmacy for assistance in completion, or ask us to provide you with our generalized insurance form. We are happy to help.
